I created a server mail rule that moved all documents addressed to the affected user into a nsf.
Nothing happend, I deleted the mail rule. The day after I saw in the console that the rule did the trick so I recreated it and disabled it. Pointed the address to a new nsf. After that it worked, so I pointed the address back to the original nsf.
